Massage Therapy ~ has numerous styles throughout the world and had been used to comfort and
help heal another person throughout human history.
The most common and well known are Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Shiatsu, Trigger, Lymph and Sports massage to name just a
few. All massage
is good for you, and better if you use the right type for
the body trauma, illness or discomfort you are experiencing
at the time. Massage increases circulation, relaxes the body,
mind and spirit, nourishes, restores and just plain feels
good. If its deep tissue massage, it really feels good when
it’s over!
